Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all US orders — no minimum, no hidden fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@matcase.com.

Returns & Damages

• 30-Day Returns: We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery with no restocking fees. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
