Refund Policy

We want you to love your matcase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear
  • In its original condition and packaging (including lanyard)

To start a return, please email us at hello@matcase.com with your order number. We'll provide the return address and next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear, and in their original packaging to be eligible. To request an exchange, please email hello@matcase.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at hello@matcase.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item We'll review and arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you โ€” no need to return the original item.

Refund Timeline Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 2โ€“4 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Including bank processing time, you can expect to receive your refund within 10 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
